The 2021 Toodyay Fibre Festival Artisan Market will be held outside, along Stirling Terrance, on Sunday June 6, 2021 between 10am and 3pm.

Q: When will applications open?
A: Typically applications open in January. Applications open approximately two months earlier for artisans who have previously attended the Toodyay Fibre Festival. Please subscribe to our Mailing List to recieve updates.

Q: How much is a stall?
A: The stall fee for 2021 is $55 (including GST) for each 3m x 3m increment. The minimum stall fee is $55 (including GST). These fees apply to anyone selling items at the Toodyay Fibre Festival (excluding food), including not-for-profits.

Q: Can I sell food?
A: No. If you will be selling food please visit https://toodyayfibrefestival.com/food for further information.

Q: We are a not-for-profit, should we complete the Artisan Market Application Form?
A: If you will be selling any items at the Toodyay Fibre Festival (except food) you should comple the Artisan Market Application Form. If you will be selling food please visit https://toodyayfibrefestival.com/food for further information. If you will not be selling any items please contact markets@toodyayfibrefestival.com for further information.

Q: The Application Form asks me to login to Google, can I apply some other way?
A: No. We are only able to process applications submitted through the official Application Form. For more information on creating a Google account please visit https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/27441?hl=en.

Q: Are there any stalls which are not outdoors?
A: No. All stalls will be outside along Stirling Terrace.

Q: How big are the stalls?
A: Stalls are allocated in 3m x 3m increments. The minimum stall is 3m x 3m.

Q: What measures are in place for the coronavirus pandemic?
A: The health and safety of all involved in the Toodyay Fibre Festival remains our top priority. If the Toodyay Fibre Festival is cancelled due to coronavirus pandemic restrictions, refunds will be offered (where applicable). Q: What will I need to apply?
A: You should collect all of the following before starting to complete the Application Form: (i) insurance certificate of currency, (ii) images or plan of your stall, (iii) images of your products.

Q: Do I need insurance?
A: Yes. Please refer to Section 3 of the Stallholder Terms & Conditions for further information. If your insurance expires before the Toodyay Fibre Festival you will still need to upload your current proof of insuance before your applicaiton can be approved — you will be asked to provide updated proof in May.

Q: How are applications processed? When will I hear back?
A: Our dedicated team of volunteers works to process applications as soon as possible. We process most applications within fourteen days.
